When you enter the Tavernetta Ai Lumi restaurant in Trapani, housed in the building's old stables, you immediately get the impression that you are embarking on a journey of flavours and tastes through the history of traditional Sicilian cuisine.

Seated on the rustic benches or on the typical stuffed chairs, you are ready to taste the dishes recommended by Alfredo Catanzaro, the smiling manager and meticulous and expert restaurateur, who personally goes around the markets in the morning to bring the best fish, vegetables or meat to his guests' plates.

One of the best specialities is Couscous with fish and homemade cassatelle in broth. You can choose the best wine to accompany the dishes of typical Trapani cuisine by consulting the extensive wine list, carefully selected for quality taste and typicality of the whole peninsula, a choice that exceeds one hundred typical units.
