3-course menu in Trattoria Pizzeria Assud Mozia

A restaurant/pizzeria within the Reserve of the Stagnone Islands of Marsala, in the stunning scenery of the salt pans of the island of Mozia.

Opened in 2016, it offers its visitors a restaurant menu dedicated to Mediterranean fish and in particular to "blue fish", considered "poor" but rich in flavours and organoleptic properties, and pizza whose dough is made with flours from ancient Sicilian grains such as tumminia and seasoned with excellent raw materials. Southern Cuisine is our Pantheon: an incredible variety of dishes, experiences, age-old cultures, unique flavours. An immense variety of excellent products, excellent raw materials, unique territories.
Assud Mozia gathers the essence of this set of products and experiences through a food and wine project that has Southern Cuisine as its common thread.
