Local cooking class at the Nuara Gastronomic Culture Center

The cookery school with practical lessons and workshops in direct contact with local production; the activity of conserving and recovering techniques and traditions; food education courses for children and young people; meetings with qualified chefs, tastings and sensory analyses.

These are just some of the activities carried out in the 'Nuara' Gastronomic Culture Centre, a veritable meeting place for food and wine and cultural events.
