Oil tasting with typical dishes menu in Baglio Fontanasalsa
Fontanasalsa, an ancient medieval fief, is a small hamlet of Trapani, in the middle of a vast plain covered with olive groves and vineyards with the grapes still attached to the vine shoots to dry for making passito wine, between the slopes of Mount Erice and the Stagnone, the lagoon of the Marsala salt pans.
In this environment stands the Baglio Fontanasalsa, an ancient Baglio [courtyard] dating back to the end of the 18th century, a farmhouse with olive groves and an oil mill, active in the production of extra virgin olive oil.
Guided tastings of the company's oils with subsequent menu based on dishes featuring our extra virgin olive oil: € 38.5 per person
