Visit to the Impiccichè farm with aperitif tasting
Immersed in a unique natural context, our cheese factory is located in an old tuff quarry recovered as a garden.
We are 5 kilometres from the beautiful Marsala, a city rich in history, at the centre of the Mediterranean.
Impiccichè Farm, oriented towards the exaltation of local typicality, believes it is fundamental, in its own evolutionary path, the realisation of those typical and traditional productions that risk being lost or forgotten; it boasts the production of various types of cheeses, such as Biscuso or Piddiato, a spun paste cheese recognised by the Ministry of Agriculture and unpublished products such as Ubriaco di Marsala or Garibaldino, in three variants: red, black and gold, produced on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the Unification of Italy.
The cheeses are made exclusively from the milk of the 800 animals, pure Belice breed, of the farm's own agri - zootechnical company, obtaining a closed circuit that boasts absolute quality control. The herd is left in a semi-wild state within the almost 60 hectares of the property that allow healthy forage for the animals; furthermore, the farm is completely free of Brucellosis, a great scourge of dairy producers.

The best days to organize tastings are on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, starting around 5:30pm
On Tuesday and Friday we would also have hot ricotta cheese, which if programmed in advance we can make on any day.
