The place

“The most beautiful beach in Italy” is dominated and protected by Monte Monaco to the east and lapped by the Egitarso Plain to the west; a symbol of holiday and relaxation, it is certainly among the most beautiful and loved in Italy, above all for its setting of extraordinary beauty: the unmatched colours in which it is immersed, the white of the low houses covered in fragrant climbers, the green of the parched Mediterranean vegetation, the grey-brown of the soils and rocks.

The long, white beach, rich in pink corals, is washed by a crystal-clear, Caribbean-like sea of a thousand shades of blue-green, with safe waters and no currents, that slope gently to seabeds that are a paradise for divers.

The beach today enjoys numerous services (showers, umbrellas, sunbeds, accommodation, shops, refreshment points, services for disabled people, scuba centre, rentals), and is enlivened by a multitude of events held there.
